Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

We typically process orders within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Common options:

  • Standard Shipping: X–Y business days

  • Express Shipping: X–Y business days

  • International Shipping: X–Y business days (varies by country)

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to carriers or customs.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: list your regions

  • International: list countries or note exclusions

If your area isn’t supported, Shopify will block checkout automatically.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

6. Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us ASAP.
Once an order ships, we can’t change the address, and we’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect details.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier first to start a claim.

  • Then reach out to us with your order number so we can help.
